Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
In case you’ve got a Linux shared hosting package with us and you would like to activate the catch-all feature for a particular e-mailbox that you’ve got in your account, it will take literally just one single click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available to the right of each email address that you have set up under any domain name hosted in the account. You can pick one single email address per domain name by clicking on the corresponding button. This will enable the feature momentarily, so all messages sent to mistyped email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking the button for a second time will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you have activated email forwarding, our system will display a cautionary notification and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply choose another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You’ll be able to create a catch-all email address with no more than one click in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud web hosting platform. All the email addresses that you create using any domain hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a mini "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to enable the feature will be to click on that icon. In the same fashion you’ll be able to deactivate the feature, if you don’t need it any longer. Our system will warn you in case you are attempting to enable a second catch-all address for a specific domain or if there is active email forwarding, but it will never change or deactivate anything automatically or without your permission.
